Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, have accepted King Charles III's offer to stay at a royal residence during part of their upcoming visit to the United Kingdom, marking another notable moment in the family's evolving relationship.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are scheduled to return to Britain together from July 7 to July 11, their first visit to the UK as a couple in nearly four years. A representative confirmed they will divide their stay between a royal residence and private accommodations, although the exact locations have not been disclosed.
It has not been confirmed whether Harry and Meghan will meet King Charles or any other senior members of the royal family during the visit. Buckingham Palace has not publicly commented on the arrangements.
Harry and Meghan will be accompanied by their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. While the family is traveling together, the children are not expected to appear at any public engagements.
The couple's last joint visit to Britain was in September 2022 for the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II. Since stepping back as senior working royals in 2020 and relocating to California, they have returned to the UK only on limited occasions.
